Good Morning
I hope you enjoyed listening to my One year anniversary and Election theme show. I'll be honest.
The past few weeks /months have been difficult trying to find the music that I wanted to share. There
are so many emotions that happen while I'm creating my Sunday playlist. This is who I've been since
1976. It's why I began Breakfast with the Beatles. Growing up, The Beatles were such an important
part of my life. I needed to find a way to thank them by hosting a weekly show - Sunday mornings
at 10 am on WIOQ. Now on Sunday mornings I include at least one Beatle song and even a cover
of a Beatles song on Acoustic Sunday.
I'm now able to work with my family from our home studio. Thanks to my co-producer/husband
Biff Kennedy and thanks to our son Dan Kennedy who produces Acoustic Sunday. And thanks to our
daughter Rachael who worked with me on my Shine a Leicht Podcast.
My playlist for 11/3/24 Acoustic Sunday
I'll start with a song written by John Flynn “Girl with the Blue Transistor” John said he heard my
